Our services include production injection molding (hot runner or conventional runner tools), custom short molding runs, prototype samples, assembly and labeling with 24/7 capabilities. Parts can be stored until needed in production at our large warehouse in Schaumburg, IL. Clean room environment and practices can be provided for food and medical molded product. We are 5s driven.

We can assist you with material selection, mechanical design, tooling, and technical issues. We will do whatever it takes to complete the project and deliver it to you as specified.

Some of the secondary services and operations that can be provided include machining, gate removal, sorting, decorating, pad printing, hot stamping, labeling, assembly, ultrasonic welding, packaging, shipping, logistics, and fulfillment.

Your product can be custom labeled or decorated using multi color digital heat transfers, pad printing or IML (In Mold Labeling).

Assemblies can be made from injection molded parts and custom precision mechanical components. Assembly methods include manual assembly, mechanical assembly, ultrasonic welding and insertion, gluing, riveting, hot melt welding and automated assembly.

Packaging includes pick and pack, blister packing, poly bagging, bulk packing, palletizing and shrink wrapping.

Inspection lab on premises allows us to monitor quality of production within specifications required.

ISO 9001 quality standards are followed. We are fully prepared to provide 8D problem solving solutions, PPAPs, control plans, control charts, dimensional and analysis reports, and many other types of documentation that you may require for your manufactured product.
