About Intermolding Technology
Intermolding Technology, Inc. (IMT) of Schaumburg, Illinois, is an established manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing. Located within minutes of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, we are well positioned to serve the important needs of our customers from our 95,000 square foot facility.
We offer complete plastics engineering services including product design and development, materials processing, prototyping and technical problem solving. Other important manufacturing capabilities include ultrasonic welding, assembly, product packaging and fulfillment.
We have full molding capabilities for custom molding and mold sampling. Our presses range from 35 to 600 tons. Our Tool Room is fully equipped for tool repair and plastic part machining.
Major markets served by IMT include consumer products (disposable and durable), industrial, commercial and defense, for major companies like AM General, ITT, ITW and Kimberly Clark.
